Method

Preheat pot to medium high heat

Add turkey bacon to the pot and allow to cook until it begins to crisp

Add collard greens to the pot and stir well to evenly coat with the oil and bacon

Add stock and vinegar to the greens and allow to cook until greens are just cooked.

Note: Greens should still have a crunch to them
