    Zumba is good. As a matter of fact any structured daily exercise is good. Each patient must have 2 types of exercise in their regimen. Everybody says that they walk daily as their exercise. Although this is good for the heart and maintaining some weight loss, optimally we must include resistance training at least 3 days a week. I like resistance band training to stress the muscle. The muscle needs to be stressed and maintained in order to keep the metabolism up. Additionally, strength training is key as we get older to maintain good balance and overall core strength.
